In order to participate in our Festivals/Events as a Vendor, the completed application must be submitted and the vendor donation amount must be submitted. Only one type of vendor will be allowed to register (ex.: Scentsy, Pampered Chef, etc.).
Setup & Breakdown
Fall Festival: Vendor Setup is between 10:00 AM and 11:30 AM. The Festival starts at 12:00 PM (Noon) on Saturday, October 9th, 2021 at Hines Farm Park & Stables,1259 McCallister Rd, Jacksonville, NC. Do not mount, tape or nail anything to any surface that would be considered grounds or property of Hines Farm Park & Stables. Festival is from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Breakdown time begins no sooner than 4:00 PM.
Concessions
There will be food and drinks available for purchase from Food Trucks.
